Therapy can be that support that guides you through the process of overcoming feelings of sadness, emptiness, and unhappiness by allowing you to find inner peace and attaining the life you have desired and envisioned.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and personal growth. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. As a Program Manager for a Children’s Program in the Los Angeles County, I have attained extensive training in working with extremely defiant and aggressive youth that has allowed me to see that with empathy and positive regard all children can reach their goals and be free of inner turmoil related to past traumas. My clinical approach is cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and family systems oriented. My goal is to help clients’ live happier, more balanced lives and have satisfying relationships. Through the collaborative venture of therapy, I focus on clients’ strengths, help them to look at themselves honestly, challenge their thinking and consequently help them to feel better.
