She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapist from Chapman University. Teresa believes in a treatment philosophy that includes solution-focused, CBT, and person-centered methods. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending time with her partner and dogs, listening to music/seeing live music, following her favorite sports teams, and making jewelry.
