Are you looking to feel more confident in your life decisions? Restore peace of mind? Develop skills to stay emotionally balanced? Be more authentic, open, and honest in your relationships? If so, you have come to the right place.
I specialize in working with and empowering the young adult population and college students to overcome personal obstacles to improve interpersonal relationships because research shows that unhealthy relationships can cause both emotional and physical stress, whereas healthy relationships can enhance and improve overall well-being. I have worked in a variety of counseling centers, including college undergraduate and graduate, drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, women and family center, and a children’s clinic. I have also worked as a program director for college age students with developmental disabilities such as Autism to help create a supportive environment for the students. I also enjoy working with professionals who are struggling with conflicts at work or would like to improve their work performance.
In our work together, you will find a safe, comfortable space to be able to be able to explore practical solutions to your life challenges. I offer individual counseling for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment issues, grief, and relationship issues. Whatever it is you are struggling with, compassionate, quality therapy can recreate your happiness, self-confidence and connection to others.
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy. D) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
