Dr. John Shepard is an Organizational Consultant with more than thirty years of experience in the field of Psychology. He possesses professional expertise in career assessment, leadership development, team building, executive coaching, and outplacement.

Dr. Shepard is a leading authority on employee involvement, motivation, and leadership development. His articles have appeared in publications such as;Journal of Career Development, Counselor Education and Supervision, and Personnel and Guidance Journal. He has been invited as a speaker on an extensive range of issues and has over fifty publications on human development and performance. Dr. Shepard has worked with service and manufacturing facilities ranging in size from fifty to ten thousand employees. He has provided performance coaching and training to company CEOs, Managers, Supervisors and hourly employees. In working with organizations, Dr. Shepard has assisted companies in developing strategic and succession plans, corporate training, leadership/supervisory development, employee involvement and team building.

Dr. Shepard completed his graduate studies at Virginia Tech and William and Mary University.
