TODAY YOU ARE ONE STEP CLOSER TO A NEW YOU AND ON A POSITIVE PATH TO GROWTH AND CHANGE

Thank you for visiting my information.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are just ready to create change and move in a new direction in your life it is my privilege to work with you.  My goal is to help you discover your true potential and lead a life that is positive and healthy. We can work on creating change by working together to better understand it, and resolve challenges in your life.

By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will identify long standing behavior patterns, or negative perceptions that may be interfering in your present day life, and work together to create a better direction for you.

I possess three graduate degrees, all in mental and behavioral health.  I am licensed by the boards of California and Colorado in clinical social work, and have been working in mental health for 18 plus years.  I work with a vast array of issues, and have worked in several mental health settings throughout my career including: community mental health, hospitals, dialysis, school systems and private practice. My theoretical approach is psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral, but I always work with the patient in their comfort level and style. Because every persons circumstances are unique to them, I offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to each of my patients individual needs, to help them achieve their goals. I strongly feel that therapeutic success comes from my ability to help others help themselves.

Thank you and I sincerely look forward to working with you.
