I regard personal growth as one of life's most underrated experiences.  I believe achieving better psychological functioning improves longevity in both the mind and body.  I work with the whole person, including your unique history, biology, and/or current crisis.  I may guide through the use of goal-directed, mental, spiritual, and emotional exercises.  I aim to assist in discovering meaning behind profound events while instilling a more proactive, assertive approach to challenges you face.  I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families in both short and long term psychotherapy.

I have expertise in dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma and PTSD, grief, developmental disabilities, addiction, LGBTIQ issues, and life-threatening illness.  I may use various techniques to foster further development, no matter how stuck you currently feel.  These approaches include object relations, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.

Though we live in a fast-paced society, there are quality moments that offer ways to go down life's pathways prepared.
